If you're using Vivid Ticket Downloader, it's important to configure your purchasing accounts with all credit card and vendor details to line up accurately with your Skybox settings.

Step 1 - Set up credit cards and credit card groups in Skybox

You'll need to first add your credit cards and credit card groups in Skybox so you can use those id's to correspond to your purchasing accounts in Ticket Downloader.

Step 2 - Access your purchase accounts in Ticket Downloader

Log in to Ticket Downloader and go to "Actions" -> "Purchasing Accounts. Find the purchasing account you need to configure and click edit.

Step 3 - Edit the Purchasing Account

-Select "Platform" for which this account will register purchases from
-Select "Vendor ID" which is the Skybox vendor that will be used to create the PO
-Select "Credit Card Group ID" from the drop down to be able to select a specific credit card in that Skybox group
-Select "Credit Card ID" to indicate which Skybox credit card will be used to create the PO
-Enter "Username" which should be the marketplace's account username
-Enter "Password" which should be the marketplace's account password
-Hit Save Record!

Purchases now made on this Marketplace will be accurately created in Skybox with that specific credit card and vendor.
